Structural design covering Concept and Construction Permit design. The Project comprises three 25 and two 25 storey buildings connected through podium having the total build-up area of 106,000m2.

Reinforced concrete structure located in the region with Typhoon winds (design wind velocity up to 42m/sec, the 10min mean wind velocity) and exposed to high saline corrosion.
